The flexibility of BillPay@Home enables you to pay anyone, anytime, and from
anywhere you have Internet access. Paying bills can be convenient,
effortless and free*, with Postal Federal Community Credit Union's online
bill payment service, BillPay@Home
It's easy to get started. Click here to sign up. Or, just visit PFCCU's home page at www.postalfed.org and follow the link to BillPay@Home and enroll online. You will receive the
first half of your password within minutes by E-mail; for security reasons,
you will receive the second half of your password by U.S. mail.
*Free for Advantage Plus checking account holders. Otherwise, a low monthly
fee applies. Advantage Checking members: $2.95, Basic Checking: $3.95.
These fees are significantly lower than the nationwide average of $5.80!

Automated Teller Machine
With our Eagle Express or Visa Check card, you can access your account
anywhere in the country and overseas through the CIRRUS, STAR, Member Access
and the CO-OP networks. Our ATM card can be used just about anywhere!
Direct Deposit
With direct deposit, you can have your paycheck, monthly government paycheck or retirement check sent directly to your account.
Payroll Deduction
No worry of forgetting to make your loan payment on time or failing to save regularly with this no fee service. Each pay period we can deposit the amount you desire to meet your needs.
Electronic Teller (ET)
Your account is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week with our Audio Response system at (417) 866-PSTL(7785). You will be given an authorization code that will enable you to make transfers, see if checks have cleared and check your balances, just to name a few. If you are out-of-town, we have a toll-free number at (800) 236-5796, so your account is as close as a phone call away.
Drive-Up Teller
You can conduct your transactions at the drive-up windows at our Main office, Sunset Branch, Nixa Branch, Joplin Branches or the Shared Branch before the lobby opens and after it closes.
Night Depository
For a deposit to be credited the next business day, you can place your deposit in our night depository, located by the drive-up teller window at the Main office, Nixa Branch, Sunset Branch or the Joplin Central Ozarks branch.
Order Checks Online
You can now order your checks on the Internet, quickly and securely. You can view and select different check designs, type styles, and other special enhancements. When you order online, your checks will have the next sequential check number as shown on your reorder form and will have the exact name and address as your current checks. If you want to change any personal information (name, address, etc.) or the starting number, or if your account has been closed, you will need to contact us first. Please note: before ordering, you will need to have the check reorder form from your last box of checks as the reorder number on this form will be needed.
