 Items Needed to Expidite Your Mortgage Application
These items will assist us in expediting your mortgage application.
Before you embark on the home loan application process, it is helpful to know beforehand what things you should have in order. Here are a few items you will need to complete your application.
When purchasing a home you'll need:
- Contract of Sale (for purchases). This document must be an original.
- Gift letter or explanation of funds for payment of the closing costs and pre-paid costs.
- Most recent W2 form
- Pay stub reflecting 30 days year to date earnings.
- Copies of your last two months' bank statements.
When refinancing your First Mortgage you'll need:
- A completed and signed mortgage application.
- Copy of your one most recent pay stubs, reflecting year to date earnings.
- Copy of one years' 1040 Federal tax returns and W2s.
- Copies of any divorce decree or separation agreement (if applicable).
- Deed (If available)
- A copy of your real estate taxes statement (must show assessed value).
- A copy of your homeowner's insurance policy (must show coverages of dwelling).
- A copy of your most recent mortgage statement.
