In Honor of Our Long History...
For 75 years, PFCCU has been dedicated solely to the needs of our members. From our
beginning in 1929, when we served the postal employees in Springfield, to today as we
serve families throughout southwest Missouri, PFCCU has been providing low-cost, highquality
products and services designed to help our members reach their financial goals.

during the founding year of PFCCU.

Money & Stuff
We had a wonderful time this Christmas.
Kadie is old enough to know what it is
all about, for a three-year-old, and Ethan
is not old enough to get in her way. She
helped open his presents, too.
It's time to start thinking about IRA
contributions again. Remember that
you have until April 15th to put money
in for 2003. The ROTH IRA is the best
consideration for most of us, and if you
do not know about the ROTH, please
give me a call or come by my office.
You should also consider increasing the
amount you are putting into your 401(k)
plan. Even a one percent increase will
do a lot, and you won't miss that amount
after two paydays. Believe me, you will
not be sorry!
What with the election closing in on us
and the markets and economy getting
better every week, I think it will be a
good year for investments (it's about
time). If you have questions about your
investments or your 401(k) or IRA, call
or come by. You know THEY change the
rules on these retirement plans almost
every year now, so if you hear something
that you wonder about.call me. You
need to know! It's your money!
Remember, my services are offered
to you at no cost by your credit union.
Why would anyone not want to be
a member?
Write to someone in uniform. This is
a particularly hard time of the year for
men and women in uniform. Write to
someone you do not know and thank
them for the job that they are doing
for all of us. You will really feel good
about it!

you just can't find anywhere but at

to those principles is at least a small
part of what has helped us reach this
milestone. The larger part has been,
of course, you. to your enduring
support and trust. We truly appreciate
your loyalty and the opportunity
to serve your financial needs.
To celebrate our mutual achievement,
