Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, a

experience. The company opened its second location in Myrtle
Beach, SC, in 1992 and third at Branson, MO in 1995. A fourth
location debuted in Orlando, FL in 2003.
Much of their success relies on their talented employees. The Branson

wait staff, concessions, gift shop clerks, ticket clerks, photographers,
cooks and stable hands. Les Wiest, Human Resource Manager says, "We want to offer our employees good benefits like credit union

Money & Stuff
by Gary Thomas, Members Financial Services Representative
Do women really have unique investing needs?
Simply, the answer is yes. When it comes to personal
finance and managing investments, there are distinct
differences between men and women. Women live
longer, their careers are more often interrupted by
family needs, and many women tend to be more
conservative about investing-often to the extent
that they may have trouble reaching their financial
goals. But women do have choices.
You're invited to attend our seminar for women only:
Smart Women Finish Rich
Thursday, October 27th @ 6:30pm

- STEP TWO: Put Your Money Where Your Values Are
- STEP THREE: Figure Out Where You Stand Financially
- STEP FOUR: Build Your Retirement Basket
- STEP FIVE: Use the Power of the Latte FactorŽ
- STEP SIX: Build Your Security Basket
- STEP SEVEN: Build Your Dream Basket

Note from the President
by Steve Pierson
You may have noticed that my space is quite
a bit smaller this quarter, and that's because
I wanted to make sure you always have the information
you most need from PFCCU. We have created
a "Frequently Asked Questions" section in this
newsletter to make sure you have the answers
you need to the questions you have most often.
Each quarter we'll feature the FAQs that we hear
about the most, and you can always check out more
at our web site at www.postalfed.org. We are sure
this new section will come in handy and hope it
answers your individual questions. As always,
though, you can contact us directly at 417-887-1983
with any additional questions you might have, giving
us the opportunity to find out how we can always
serve you better.
