IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means to you: When you open an account by mail you must send a copy of the driver's license for each individual listed on the account. To get an application for membership call or stop by one of our offices or download and print a copy of our membership application. Membership Application. If you are opening an account with joint owners, but only one of you will be coming by a branch to open the account, then you can print out a copy of the membership application, have the joint owner sign the form and bring in a copy of the drivers license for the joint owner. The membership application asks for your name, date of birth, and other information required to open your account. Joining is as easy as completing this application and returning to PFCCU with a copy of your driver's license or government issued photo ID and at least a $25 deposit to your Prime Share (savings) Account.
